Attention
We're sorry. Either an error occurred or the event(s) you were attempting to register for may no longer be open for registration.

When a foreign buyer controls the transportation of U.S. exported goods, the shipment is considered a routed export transaction. Since the U.S. government heavily monitors these “high risk” shipments, exporters must be particularly vigilant about complying with regulatory requirements for these types of transactions. (1.5 CES/MES credits)

You will learn
  • how to identify a routed export transaction
  • roles/responsibilities of those involved in routed exports
  • mitigating and aggravating factors for violations
  • exporter obligations for licensing, AES filing, and recordkeeping

This seminar includes continental breakfast. Space is limited, so please register by 9/17 to reserve your seat.
